Terms of Service
Usage
All art produced commission wise the artist is allowed to post and reshare on their social media. It will not be sold as a print, stickers, or any production.The commissioner is allowed to post and reshare their commissioned artwork on their social media as long as credit is given. (Ex: Art by Fahstine) It can be used as profile pictures, profile banners, etc. The commissioner is not allowed to sell the art as prints, stickers, or any other production that is sold for profit.
Commissioning
When ordering, the commissioner must specify in detail what they are requesting. Please insure your reference sheet is correct, and if something is missing from it, that is stated before the commission is started.Commissions are not started until the full invoice is paid. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours unless specified otherwise.The artist reserves the right to reject a commission for any reason, known or unknown.
Refunds
Refunds are as follows:
Sketch Phase: 50% refund
Ink Phase: 30% refund
Finalized: No refund
Please notify the artist if a refund is needed. Refunds will be scheduled for receiving.
Payment
The artist accepts Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo for payment.
When paid, please send screenshot of your reciept to confirm.
